3,000 Subscribers on YouTube!
As of April 12, 2021 (I’m writing this the day after), I’ve surpassed 3,000 subscribers on my YouTube channel!
I started my channel in 2017 under the username “Dat1AsianDude.” Every once in a while, I would post really low-effort, low-quality cubing videos. However, since then, I’ve begun to take my channel a little more seriously, so I changed my channel name to my actual name and began uploading content that was actually edited and showed the effort I was putting into my channel.
To celebrate the milestone, I’m planning to host a giveaway of three gift cards to TheCubicle. I haven’t made any formal announcement of the giveaway yet, though.
I’m extremely glad and proud of how my YouTube channel has been able to reflect my growth and progress as a speedcuber, and just as a person overall. My channel contains some of my most cherished memories over the past few years, from competitions to at-home practice sessions and even group dinners with my friends. I simply can’t express how grateful I am to have started it.
